The real Mili Menu — full client space
Menu, editor, orders, checkout and accounting: these are the real Mili Menu screens. Data comes from the Le Patio menu; your actions are saved locally on your device only.
Hello — Le Patio
Browse tools like a restaurant owner: each tab opens the real Mili Menu screen.
Getting started
Imagine Le Patio restaurant in Algiers: in minutes, the menu is online and ready for orders.
Sign-up — business name, phone, password.
-
1
Create your account
Sign up with your name, phone number and password. Your number is your login ID — no email required.
-
2
Create your menu then choose a plan
From your client space, create a menu. You will be directed to payment (Chargily) to unlock it. The menu stays locked until payment is confirmed.
-
3
Create your first menu
Click “Create my menu”, give it a name (e.g. your restaurant name) and the editor opens immediately.
Tip: prepare dish photos and your logo before you start — you will save time in the editor.
Build your menu
The editor is organized into categories and products. Each item is configured in a few clicks.
Categories
Group dishes by family: Pizzas, Burgers, Drinks, Desserts… Each category can have its own cover photo. Reorder them anytime.
Products
For each dish: a name, price, optional description and photo. The price displays automatically in your menu currency.
Ingredients
Declare dish ingredients. Guests can uncheck them (allergies, preferences) — and if a guest orders 3 pizzas, they can customize each one separately.
Add-ons
Offer paid extras (cheese, sauce, XL size…). Add-on price is added automatically to the order total — calculation is verified server-side.

Temporarily suspend a product (out of stock)
Out of a dish? Suspend it with one click in the editor: it disappears from the public menu instantly, without deleting it. Reactivate when it is back in the kitchen.
Adding photos: formats and best practices
Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, WebP. Prefer bright square photos under 2 MB. Images are stored securely: their real server path is never exposed publicly.
Customize your menu
Your menu should reflect you. Choose colors, logo and the display template that best showcases your dishes.
A clean section layout, perfect for quick reading. Ideal for long menus with many dishes and few photos.
Modern card layout highlighting photos. Each product has a thumbnail, price badge on the photo and an “Ingredients” button. Most popular.
Highlights flagship products with large visuals. Perfect for venues that focus on imagery.
- Custom primary color: applied to buttons, badges and accents.
- Logo shown at the top of the menu and on your cards in the client space.
- Light or dark theme to match your venue’s atmosphere.
- Configurable currency: DA, €, $, £, MAD, TND…
Publish your menu
When your menu is ready, publish it: it gets a public web address your guests open by scanning a QR code.
Instant updates
Every editor change is visible immediately on the public menu. Change a price at 11:58 AM, it is updated for lunch service.
Suspend / bring back online
Need to close temporarily? Suspend your menu with one click from your space: guests see an unavailable page, and you bring it back online whenever you want.
Table QR codes
Each table in your dining room gets its own QR code. When a guest scans, their order arrives already tagged with the correct table number.
-
1
Add your tables
In “Table QR codes”, enter the number of tables (or add them one by one). QR codes generate automatically — a progress bar shows status.
-
2
Download and print
Download each QR code as a high-quality image, print it and place it on the table (stand, sticker, placemat…).
-
3
That’s it
The QR code never changes, even if you edit your menu. Print once, use forever.
Why do some tables require approval?
Beyond a certain number of tables, our team may need to approve them. The table card then shows “Pending” with a progress bar; you are notified when it is activated.

Delivery menu
Offer the same dishes for delivery or takeaway via a dedicated URL, separate from dine-in orders.
-
1
Open the delivery menu
From your client space, open “Delivery menu” on your published menu card. The URL ends with /livraison/ and shows the same menu as the public one.
-
2
Share the link
Add it on social media, your website or WhatsApp. Guests order from their phone, no app required.
-
3
Guest form
Before confirming, the guest enters name, phone and delivery address. This appears on the external orders board.
The delivery form only appears on the dedicated URL: dine-in guests (table QR) never see it.
Delivery form — separate from table QR.
Live orders
Each published menu has a real-time orders board for kitchen or counter display — with dine-in and delivery separated.
- Internal (tables) and External (delivery) tabs with real-time counters.
- New orders appear instantly, with a sound alert.
- Each order shows table or guest info, items, removed ingredients and add-ons — without prices (reserved for Accounting).
- Prices are recalculated and verified server-side: guests cannot manipulate amounts.
- Mark orders as handled to keep a clean board during service.

Accounting
Track revenue menu by menu, with period filters and a detailed view of each order.
Key metrics
Total revenue, order count, average basket and top products for the selected period.
Time filters
View results by day, week, month or year to compare performance.
- Order history with amounts, add-ons and search by table number.
- Internal and external orders grouped in one financial view.
- Clean interface, separate from the kitchen board (no prices) to avoid overloading production.

What your guests experience
No app to install, no account to create. Two paths: dine-in (table QR) or delivery (dedicated link).
The guest scans the table QR code with their phone camera.
They browse the menu, check ingredients and build their cart, dish by dish.
They confirm their order. A confirmation animation shows everything was sent.
You receive the order with the table number: just prepare and serve.
Subscription and annual offer
Simple pricing, zero commission on your sales. And an offer that rewards commitment.
Pay before unlock
Each menu is tied to a plan (1 month, 6 months or 1 year). The menu unlocks only after Chargily payment confirmation.
Annual offer: 2 months free
For 1 year paid upfront, you pay only 10 months. 10 months paid = 12 months full access.
0% commission: whether you get 10 or 1000 orders a day, your subscription stays the same.
Security
Your business and data are protected at every level.
- Server-validated prices: order totals are recalculated from your menu, never from the guest’s browser.
- Protected images: photos are served through a secure proxy; real file paths are never exposed.
- Client space protected by login and password; each restaurant owner sees only their own menus.
- Guests create no account: no personal data is required to order.
Frequently asked questions
How do I enable the delivery menu?
Publish your menu: the “Delivery menu” link appears automatically in your client space. Share that URL — it shows the same menu with the guest form in the cart.
Where can I see my revenue?
From your client space, open “Accounting” on your menu card. Filter by day, week, month or year and view detailed order history.
Are dine-in and delivery orders mixed?
No. The kitchen board has two tabs: Internal (tables) and External (delivery). Each order type has its own counter and tailored info.
Do my guests need to install an app?
No. The menu opens in the phone browser as soon as the QR code is scanned. Nothing to install or configure.
Can I manage several venues?
Yes. You can create several menus from the same account (depending on your plan). Each menu has its own QR codes and orders board.
What happens if I do not pay?
The menu stays locked (offline) but nothing is deleted: dishes, photos and QR codes are kept. Once payment is confirmed, everything goes online.
Do I need to reprint QR codes if I change my menu?
Never. The QR code points to your menu, not its content. Change dishes and prices as much as you want — printed QR codes stay valid.
